Premium Coffee | Bajawa Flores Island Arabica - coffee from highland with a height of 1,700 meters above sea level. Most coffee is grown and located on the slopes of the Inerie Volcano of Ngada District that is still active.
Coffee plants that are grown here are free from chemical fertilizers. Nutrients from the soil that contains fertile andosols from volcanic ash turn out to be excellent natural fertilizers for coffee plants.
Bajawa coffee has a spicy and fruity note with full body and medium acidity with a nutty bittersweet chocolate flavour.
